To prevent unwanted spam email, some Internet Service Providers (ISP's) block messages from senders whose email addresses are not in the recipient's Address Book or Safe Senders List. We have provided instructions for the most commonly used ISP's. Please scroll down to find your ISP below.YAHOO
1. From your Mailbox screen click on the small arrow to the right of Addresses on the top blue bar.
2. This will open a drop down menu, click on Add Contact.
3. Type carefully, or copy and paste our email address letter@gr8prize.com into the Email box. Click Save Contact.
HOTMAIL
1. Click on Contacts from the tabs at the top.
2. Click on Safe List from the menu on the left.
3. Type carefully, or copy and paste our email address letter@gr8prize.com into the Address box. Click Add.
OUTLOOK 2003
1. From your Inbox click on Actions from the top bar.
2. This will open a drop down menu, hover over Junk E-mail, then click on Junk E-mail Options from the menu that appears on the right.
3. Click on Safe Senders from the box tabs.
4. Click on the Add button. Type carefully, or copy and paste our email address letter@gr8prize.com into the box. Click OK.
AOL 8.0
